Traffic office
01902 496 118
06:00–18:00, Mon–Fri
Saturday mornings until 12:00
Quotes
Send the postcodes, pallet count and whether it needs a tail-lift. We quote in writing, usually within the hour.
Accounts
Invoices go out weekly, 30 days from statement. Queries to the office number, ask for Denise.
Deliveries to us
Book a goods-in slot first — an unbooked artic will wait behind the ones that did book.
Where we are
Unit 4, off Bilston Lane. Sat-nav will try to send artics down Hall Street — use the Black Country Route entrance instead.
Before you ring
- Collection postcode, delivery postcode, and whether either end has a forklift
- Pallet count, or dimensions if it is an odd shape — over 2.4 m tall changes the trailer
- Weight, honestly. A "light" pallet that turns out to be 900 kg costs everyone the afternoon
- Any booking-in reference the delivery point needs, and the window they will accept
Complaints
If a load turns up late or damaged, ring the office the same day and ask for the traffic manager. We will tell you what happened, what it will cost you, and what we are doing so it does not happen again — in that order. Written complaints to the address below get a reply within five working days.
